A Little Bit About Me...

I hold a bachelor's degree in English writing and possess extensive teaching experience as I have taught every summer since I was an undergraduate. Most recently, I instructed creative writing with the Western Pennsylvania Writing Project through the Young Writers Institute where I taught creative writing workshops at the Cathedral of Learning to middle school students. I have also taught art and writing classes through the Community Arts Center of Cambria County and the Greater Johnstown school district for after-school and summer-school programming. Pittsburgh Tutor/Teacher

I prefer to incorporate student participation as much as possible instead of giving lecture-style instruction to learn their unique learning styles and to understand more about my students. With this understanding, I will be able to understand how I can better instruct them and test them on the material being taught.
I have studied the indicated fields for over two years at high school and university levels.
