This depends on the student and his or her individual needs. I like to find creative ways to make learning more fun for the individual so that he or she will feel more motivated to learn.
I have been tutoring since I was in high school. Between that and teaching Sunday School and Children's Church, I have more than ten years of experience. In a world where you can be anything, be yourself.

My teaching style varies by the student. If the student learns fast and is persitent, I will move at a faster state, but if the student learns at a normal or a slower pace I will move at a rate in which the child will get the most out of the tutoring experience.
I have helped children and teens from all ages in the field of English as well as performing arts. I have a passion for fine arts and literature and enjoy tutoring and helping others. Throughout college I tutored elementary students for a tutoring company that worked with students in an urban district in Pennsylvania. My tutoring experiences are in K-1 and grade 3. His son didn't understand his mathematics most of the time, so I agreed to tutor him every week. The more tutoring I gave his son, the better his grades were. In Oct. 2007, I worked for UNLV's Gear-Up as a teacher's assistant and tutor. My assignment was at Sedway Middle School in North Las Vegas, NV.
