A Little Bit About Me...

As a former computer instructor, I can't tell you how much I miss teaching. Teaching was the one career in my life where I felt completely fulfilled. I truly love sharing my knowledge and being able to teach others. In addition to teaching, I am also a lifelong student. I have a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, an Associates Degree in Website Design and I am working towards an Associates Degree in Computer Programming. One thing I learned about teaching is that I never fail to learn something new, whether it be from a challenging question a student asks, or insight from a student that puts a new idea into my perspective. I have worked at summer camps for children ages 8-16 throughout my entire life, and love making a difference in a child's life. I am very patient and have a positive attitude. I believe that students learn in different ways, and it is our job as educators to help enrich them for the future. When given the proper instructions and guidance I firmly believe that any child can succeed if just one person believes in them.
