I received a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona with an interdisciplinary minor in chemistry, physics, and mathematics. My experience after graduating from college is diverse having pursued careers in the military, science, and education. I worked as a Chemistry lab TA in college and I taught the labs. As a graduate student I trained other grad students and techs, often taking them through 10 to 12 weeks of continuous mentoring. I have 3 years of project management experience. I hired and trained all the technicians for a small lab. This training in all instances included hands on as well as subject matter.
My primary objective is for the students I teach to understand the concepts and do as well as they are capable in the courses.
