I am an Intervention Specialist that teaches high school juniors and seniors with reading and writing. I have also acquired a Reading Endorsement that qualifies me as a reading specialist for grades k-12. My comments on tutoring Spelling : Very strong at spelling and experienced in teaching it to middle school students.

I try to make things more interesting with activities and significant interaction, avoiding just talking at my students. Engaging would be my style.
I have extensive experience in writing/composition from years in marketing and public relations. I have been a full-time teacher for the past three years and substitute taught for one year. The past two years I have taught seventh and eighth grade math and social studies and sixth grade reading.
