The process of learning has always facinated me. I believe that all individuals regardless of age are able to learn something new everyday. As an experienced K-12 substitute teacher, my work extended from the inner city to the county schools. I had the opportunity to instruct students with various ability levels and learning styles. During the 2008-2009 school term I served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in a middle school working as tutor, special projects assistant, and mentor. I hold a BS degree in Sociology and expect to earn a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction in 2010. A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching has always been my passion. To be equiped for that, I went to school and earned a BS in Sciences of education. This degree not only prepares me to teach subjects like French, history, math, but also it helps me to perform school administration work. I have also earned a Master's Degree in Leadership Studies from Lincoln Christian University which not only enables me to tutor but also to mentor.
