My comments on tutoring Shakespeare : Shakespeare's written expressions, poetry, and drama uses eloquent words, old English terms, and very puzzling words that needs analysis of his message. Students enjoy Shakespeare's works once they acquired the skills in interpreting his message. some of his stories, poems , and drama are focused on horrible thoughts and justice such as "The Raven", "The Death of a Salesman", and "The Merchant of Venice".

I started teaching right after my college graduation from Philippine Normal University. I taught ESL (English as A Second Language in public schools from 1968 - 1985. From 1985 - 1991 I taught at the United States Refugee Program. On October 1991 I was sent by the US Refugee Program to University of Omaha, Nebraska as a guest lecturer on ESL. Then I worked as a tutor in English Business for foreign professionals in Connecticut from December 1991 - 1995. I was a professional tutor at the university for three years; I tutored high school students while in college. In addition, I have been teaching high school English for two years. In addition, I was president of the University of Toledo's Writer's Guild, which focused on writing and publishing at the university level. I scored a 289/290 for writing and a 287/290 for reading on the Praxis/Pearson exam. Furthermore, I also scored above average on writing, reading, and interpreting literature on the Pearson's teaching standardized test.
