My comments on tutoring Spanish : I have 15 years of teaching experience and 3 years of tutoring experience of French and Spanish, so if you're looking for someone with experience and knowledge of students' common struggles, I'm the tutor you're looking for!

I taught high school for 16 years and left the traditional classroom about 4 years ago to become a tutor. I have tutored both privately and for corporations, usually on a one-on-one basis and have really enjoyed the change from teaching many students at a time to tutoring students individually or in small groups.
I am energetic and enthusiastic and try to motivate my students to learn to appreciate a new language and culture. Once I have worked with a student for a few sessions, I am able to ascertain which particular issues that the student is having with the language; for example, if he or she struggles with grammar, listening comprehension or speaking. A Little Bit About Me...

I tutored all subjects - especially in Math all through High School. I also tutored in college. I have strong skills in Math - all levels - but I especially enjoy algebra. I have two children and I basically taught my oldest son math, since he was a different kind of learner than the way they teach at school. He is a very kinesthetic type learner and needs to see, feel and touch to understand the concepts - so I used a lot of tools to help him.
