My comments on tutoring Percussion : I was in concert band in middle school.

I don't any paid, professional tutoring experience. However, I have volunteered my services to family members and friends. During my sophomore year, I took Organic Chemistry and excelled. However, my friends were struggling. They hated me a bit for how easy it came to me. I decided to tutor them and help them with homework assignments and studying. They ended up doing very well on the exams, allowing them to secure a 3.0 or higher in the course. I also had to regular help my classmates out with more complex problems in Physics. I was not so much tutoring as working together with them on the homework, but still, it involved clear explanation and a thorough knowledge of the subject matter.

While earning my BA in economics from The University of Texas, I also completed all my pre-med courses. This has provided me with a strong background in mathematics, social sciences, and natural sciences. A Little Bit About Me...

I have always had an interest in math and science, and I got my start tutoring in high school by helping fellow classmates and friends in these subjects. I went on to earn my BS in Mechanical Engineering from U.T. Austin. I have also spent much of my life in the world of music and began teaching beginner piano lessons several months ago.
