I received a crediatation of intermediate mid from the ACTFL. I have completed the courses of Medical and Legal transaltion, while attedning a course on how to teach a second language. A Little Bit About Me...

I believe that all kids have the potential to be incredible learners. I believe that in order to tap into that children and adults need to find their self-confidence. I try to help those I teach to realize their own success through achievement and building their confidence levels. My goals are to create an atmosphere of learning through understanding the needs of my students and then helping them to figure out how to accomplish their own goals.

A Little Bit About Me...

Graduating from BYU-Idaho, I've learned that a quality education is of the utmost importance, not only for college-age students, but starting from infancy. I've earned my BS in Health Science, enabling me to have a greater knowledge of the health and wellness field in general. Also, I've learned to publish various professional research papers, adding to my grammatical, mathematical, and critical thinking skills. I also have a passion for languages--besides gaining fluent knowledge of Portuguese during my LDS mission, I've also learned Spanish and am currently learning Italian at home. A Little Bit About Me...

I have found through my teaching that there is a motto that works very well in most situations. "Teach in such a way that it is impossible to not understand" basically if one can teach a complex subject in such a way that even a child can understand it then you are successful as a teacher. But with physics that is not always possible. It is all about the person learning not for me to hear myself talk and get through a lesson. All that matters in the end is what the student learned coming out of the the instruction.
I spent 2 years in mexico teaching in spanish. During some of that time i was the teacher for english classes. I graduate this december with my bachelors in physics, experience of working with classmates and helping other students as they helped me gave me years of experience working as a team on homework assignments.
