My comments on tutoring Creative Arts : This is my sixth year of teaching art lessons to children in an after school program in Lexington, Ma. Every May we host a public art show to debut the children's top projects. I am experienced in printmaking, needlecraft, how to make a winter fleece hats, make a better diorama for school projects, create a mobile, or make a pop-up interactive display board, jewelry, sand art, you name it!
During the school year, I work as a curriculum coordinator and art teacher for an after school program in Lexington, Ma. This is my 6th year of teaching stimulating and unique art projects to children in grades K-5. I have interned as a graphic designer and also had jobs as a wedding photographer. During the summer, I work as an assistant director to a summer enrichment program in Winchester, Ma. Outside of work- I am a member at large of the Boston Guild of Puppeteers, and also work on my own art which includes building my portfolio of paintings to show and sell, as well as complete small digital photography jobs.
I go as fast or as slow as the student needs. I encourage students to try new techniques and ideas so they are self-aware of the process and learning experience that leads to self-improvement and development.
