I firmly believe that all children have the ability to learn, and that each student has a their own, unique, learning style. In my training, I teach the employee what they would need to know in order to succeed in the position. As a tutor, I would do the same. I present the information in terms that would be understandable to someone who knows little about the subject. Have the student review it and ask any questions. Quiz/test them on the information reviewing the results with them so that they will understand their errors and correct them. I have over 30 years experience in accounting, with the last 25 in senior accounting positions. I enjoy teaching children and helping them to better understand mathematics through audio, visual, and kinesthetic approaches. My teaching style differs depending on the student and the environment.
