Over the past 12 years, I have worked in both the private and public sectors of the education community. I have taught grades 7-12 in all areas of science. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 2008, and will receive my Master of Science degree in Biological Sciences in May of 2010. I have been teaching and coaching athletics for nine years, mostly high school science, but also reading, SAT/ACT preparation, and other topics. I have also published two children's books and three young adult fiction books. My B.S. is in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
