A Little Bit About Me...

My first major mentoring/teaching experience occurred in college when I began leading study groups and eventually organizing tutoring sessions with a number of my fellow English, Calculus, and Physics students. I then obtained a position as a youth counselor with the YMCA and quickly moved up to Site Coordinator where I was in charge of my own after school care group, including being in charge of organizing activities and managing youth counselors. Most recently I underwent PADI Divemaster training where I had real world experience teaching and assisting PADI Open Water students with classroom, confined water, and open water training.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am currently a doctoral candidate for my PhD in Organizational Leadership. I also hold a Masters degree in Human Relations, an applied social science; a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and also an associate’s degree and professional/military certification in the Arabic (MSA) language. I have instructed as a graduate and undergraduate faculty member in the fields of Human Relations and Leadership. I think that we have to a pproach every kids needs in different manners since every kid dont learn at a same pace or way than others. Obviously I Like to use a plan or a Guideline which will help me to identify the need of the student and it will help to place the children in a group that will meet their potential.
