My comments on tutoring Spanish : I teach Spanish level I at Grove City High School but am qualified to teacher higher levels as well. I like to teach using interactive tools like conversation and games to make learning fun and encourage students to use the language in everyday situations.

At Grove City High School I teach using the textbook series "¡Así se Dice!", but I can adapt tutoring to each student's needs based on his or her classroom materials and level of Spanish.
I am a second year Spanish teacher at Grove City High School where I teach Spanish Level I. While I teach high school students I am certified to teach grades PK-12 so I am able to help younger and older students as well. I can also tutor students in higher levels of Spanish. I have studied abroad in both Spain and Honduras and hold a Bachelor of Science in Education as well as a Bachelor of Arts with majors in both Spanish and Latin American Studies.

A Little Bit About Me...

As a recent college graduate, I feel that I have received the formal training necessary to become a teacher. I have obtained a BS in Early Childhood Education. Over the past two years I have also spent time tutoring elementary school children in the subject of reading, and also spent about 3 months working one on one with various students in a nearby school district.
I believe that all children should receive the extra help that they need. Often time in the classroom, a teacher does not have the time to give the support of the needs of each student in the classroom.
