I have recently relocated to the Birmingham area with my wife and 2 daughters from So. CA. My 1st 2 years in education I worked as an itinerant (traveling) speech and language pathologist. I saw a lot of classes and took a lot of great ideas from these experiences. I completed my Sp.Ed. credential and have been working in a severely handicapped class for the past 4 years. Currently finishing masters degree in educational technology.

Many students struggle with relationships and well as their academics. I believe in creating a safe, nuturing environment were a student is able to work at his own pace, at his own level, and feel a bond with his teacher.
