A Little Bit About Me...

I am a 2012 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Chemistry and concentration in Biochemistry. I have worked as a TA for the sophomore Principles of Biology (II) course as well as the Organic Chemistry Laboratory Course. I have been a tutor & academic mentor for Organic Chemistry since the summer of 2010. Additionally, I was an MCAT tutor & problem solving group leader for my University's MCAT course during the 2011-2012 year. I scored a 37R on the MCAT (PS - 14, BS - 12, V - 11) and a 2260 on the SAT ( Math 770, Verbal 730, Writing 760). My personal style varies on the pupil. These may vary from simply being frustrated with the curriculum to a myriad of influences. My comments on tutoring Anatomy : I took a full year of anatomy and physiology at the University of Wisconsin Baraboo and recieved all A's.

I am very hands on. I like to utilize visual and aural aids. The more senses you have engaged I feel the more you will retain the information.
I have taught and sought many differnt subjects. Ranging from political to scientific. From far outside the box creative thinking to close examination of the traditional. I attended UW Baraboo for almost three years and then went on to UW Milwaukee to continue my education for my masters in Sociology.
