After all these years, I still love teaching children! Every child has the potential to learn. However, it is the duty of the teacher to discover the child's maximum potential. I am consistent, fair, and firm. While I am firm, I do still believe that children have a greater chance of succeeding if they are comfortable in their environment. The most important thing to me is making sure each child is able to learn in a manner in which they feel comfortable. Each person's learning style is as unique as the individual themselves. So, I like to get input from the student as to how they would like lesson plans and exercises to be implemented.
