If you looked over my resume, you would see that I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, a year of experience as an adjunct instructor at a medical career college and two years teaching English as a Second Language at a private institution. However, if you looked over my life, you would see that I have been teaching, tutoring and mentoring my entire life. I have volunteered as a mentor, a tutor, and a teacher in community organizations, in local schools, and at my local church; and I home schooled my own children. As a current college student working towards my degree in fine art and also having my own private tutor in art growing up, I believe I have gained the skills and understanding of art to pass on my knowledge and expertise to others that I may teach I have worked with children for more than 5 years, ranging from private in-home nanny, to a director of a summer camp program. I am certified in first aid and CPR training for children and adults as well as medication administration in case of emergencies.
