I have a passion for teaching and the everyday rewards. Because I have worked in bilingual, private schools in a foreign country I have successfully learned to handle diversity. I have learned to appreciate the individuallity of each student and his or her needs in processing, learning and how they interpret the world. I use Bloom's Toxonomy and Gardner's Multiple Intelligence to build my lessons in a differentiated form to reach each student on his or her level. It is important for me to know each of my students so that I might be able to help them reach their learning goals and motivate them to take more responsibility for their own learning.
