In previous work evaluations my supervisor has described my teaching style as "Experiential". I have a passion to teach with example and hands on practial skills. I created a game in which to teach parents and children how to get rid of their "hang ups". My motto is "Reaching Higher" and I thoroughly enjoy helping a child or adolescent reach higher to understand their full potential. I love assisting children and young adults and seeing them advance in their learning skills. Your child's success is my primary objective. Helping them understand how they learn and developing their own learning style is the goal. There is not a child who cannot learn given the appropriate surroundings and learning experiences. I will make a difference in the lives of the children with whom I work.
As a graduate assistant, I was effective at assisting students in understanding complex material in Speech Communications. My focus is always on the student, attempting to understand how that particular individual learns. Once I have an understanding of a person's learning style, I then hone in to help the student progress in the area of study.
