A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy working with young children and high school kids. I believe that it is important to get anyone I teach to be active in the education they are recieving. I believe that by showing a kid how to do something, then having them teach it back to me will help to stimulate them and retain the information. I think that everyone has the potential to become a great student if given the right mentorship.
As a student at Western Michigan University I was able to achieve a 3.6 Grade point average. A Little Bit About Me...

As a current student at Central Michigan, I continue to strive for the best education I can possibly achieve. I have clepped out or aced all english classes at the college level and have found a great interest in writing and reading papers and essays. I am extremely familiar with both APA and MLA writing styles and have had numerous hours and years of practice writing papers and essays for my college level courses. I received a 1 on my MEAP writing and a 30 on my ACT writing/English section.
Al though I have never technically tutored or taught a child writing, I am interested in helping aid a child's learning experience. I am extremely personable and social, and would get along great with any child. I am patient, understanding and eager to provide my extensive knowledge of writing to those that need help.
