Educators must learn to be flexible, and allow students to learn in the style that they feel most comfortable. In having a great passion for working with/teaching children, I think that it is immensely important to remember that everyone has a different way of learning. Some ways work better for some as opposed to others. My teaching style is always based around the children that I am teaching. Overall, I have found that there are a lot of students out there that are best able to learn by hands activities and visual cues.
