I beleive that patience and kindness are a key factor of working with students. As students are attempting to master content that is difficult, the teacher should demonstrate encouragement and patience. I also believe students learn in different manners. I was a tutor for 1 year, teaching students about learining there trees by showing them out in the field and also teaching them latin names for these specific trees.
