I have been teaching since 2001 and have a true passion for teaching. I have worked as both a special ED and general education teacher. My students range from kindergarden through high school. I have greatly enjoyed my past few years of tutoring. I love being able to give other students the tools and the self-confidence they need in order to succeed. Education is very important early on but the correct method of teaching can make a real difference in someone's life in that it gives options to students. A great teacher will give the opportunity for the student to discover their strengths and weaknesses and motivate them to seek who they are and what they want as a future career. Success is measured in the way each student applies their skills and tools of learning to accomplish their task inside and outside the classroom. With all of my experience and education, I have had the opportunity to work with all facets of children; from those who require a great deal of help, to those who might just need a little more challenge then what their work was providing them.
