Prior to that I went to Des Moines Christian High School. I am currently working in Des Moines. I have a passion for teaching and have tutoring experience in college. Since my sophomore year of college, I have been tutoring students in mathematics, physics, and chemistry in both college and high school. I have also since been involved with biomechanical research at Des Moines University, where I currently work during the school year and summers, which involves application of several areas of science, teaching laboratory techniques, and giving presentations on completed research. A Little Bit About Me...

At Amherst College, we were encouraged to pursue a wide variety of subjects in addition to our major. I studied math for several years, some Biology, Latin and Greek. I had a semester of graduate school at Iowa in Classics. At Tulane, I studied advanced statistics as well as marketing. I had two years of Spanish at DMACC. I also studied Bosnian and German at DMPS Continuing Education. For all standardized tests, I always scored in the top 1% including the PSAT, SAT, ACT and GMAT.
