I am a college graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Elementary Education, a major in science and minor in English. I have obtained 22 credits of my masters degree in Teacher Leadership for School Improvement and am 1 course away from my Reading Endorsement. I am also ESOL certified. I worked as a elementary teacher in Romania for about 13 years. I used to work differentiate and with a combination of classes. From the training I received, I learned methodics, how to teach math, science, physical education, arts, and develop other skills. I am patient and know child psychology. Don't want to substitute parents who have a great role in child development, I want to become the help and the friend of the kid, the friend who brings an alternative and new ideas in developing and performance.
Good teaching is about listening, questioning, being responsive, and remembering that each student and class is different. At the same time, it's about being human, respecting others, and being professional at all times.
