My comments on tutoring Earth Science : Just finished teaching this to Middle School. A fascinating topic.

I am passionate about teaching and spend most of my free time, creating curriculum that will excite and engage my students. I firmly believe that it is my responsibility to identify the strength of my students, as well as make them unafraid of their weaknesses. Only then, can a student and teacher begin a successful, working relationship. Student AND teacher must work at using all of our minds as much as we can. It is vital to become familiar with the way we think, especially our weak areas. Facing those and forging new pathways in the brain should be the goal of all of us.

My initial interest was terrestrial and behavioral ecology from a course in wildlife management I attended in Kenya, East Africa, with The School for Field Studies. After Kenya, the majority of my work experience and interest shifted to marine sciences, conservation and fisheries management.
