I have a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Genetics from Texas A&M University. I prefer to teach with open dialogue. Feedback and discussion is one of the most solid methods for evaluating comprehension. If I see that subject comprehension is lacking or missing, it is my challenge to re-present the material for the student (as many times as it takes!). I teach at a University full time. My experience ranges from traditional students, to special education students, and many non-traditional students (such as those adult students working full time and raising families).
