Life Science is one of my top subjects!

Tutored friends and classmates for general chem, genetics, biochemistry, organic chemistry for tests and finals. Most students I taught were B and C grade students trying to get into med school. They received A grades on their tests after tutoring. My story: I HATED chemistry in high school and college and choose economics instead. At Shepard Middle School, I implemented a writing program that was credited with bringing standardized (TAAS at the time) scores up substantially, garnering our school a large monetary award from the state. After twelve years, I moved to the North East ISD, where I taught English at both Nimitz Middle School and Barbara Bush Middle School. I retired last June, but I still love working with children of all ages.
