I am currently in my 4th year of professional teaching experience and had 2 years of field experience while in college. In this time, I have worked with students across grade levels from elementary, middle, and high school in both classroom and one one tutoring settings. Elementary and Special Needs Tutor. Teaching to the Child.

I believe that all students are successful. Each child needs to be given the correct tools for him or her to learn properly. I teach to the child's needs in all situations and adapt and modify the lesson.

Academic background and professional experience are the first important considerations for an early childhood education teacher. Having undergraduate work geared toward early childhood is a must. Post graduate work in early childhood can only enhance an early childhood educator. Professional experience in the field of early childhood will show the teacher and the school system if working with young children is where the teacher really belongs.
