Most of the students I have worked with in the past who are learning disabled learn best by seeing and doing( hands-on ) It works best for these students if they are able to see the work being presented and then try it themselves. In reading, I tend to like to have the student read a small section of the paragraph and describe a few things that stuck out in their mind. In May of 2010, I successfully completed my fourth year of teaching. Each year has been different. The children of today learn in many different ways.
