Having over a decade of teaching and tutoring experience, I have worked in both the public and private sector. I have taught science and math for grades 8 - 12 and have tutored students ages 10 and up. In addition, I ran the library late night / homework help center program at a local high school. During my years attending UMass Dartmouth, I recieved my Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration. But I also gained alot of experience working with children. I tutored elementary age students in the star program and college students at my campus job in the Unity House. I also was the coordinator for the New Bedford Speech Academy.
