My motto that accompanies me in everything that I do is "There is no limit to perfection." And in my teaching practice I am trying to combine verbal, visual, practical and explanatory-illustrative methods. Teaching is a facilitating process. I believe it is my job to aide the student in developing a more solid understanding of the coursework in front of them. This may involve explaining the same concept to the child in a variety of ways to help them understand. The child may also just require a patient instructor who is willing to keep practicing until they have reached the mastery stage of learning. As a Home Depot Associate, I have trained many levels of management, human resources, new associates, and tenured associates in all areas of product knowledge and management skills.
