My teaching style is laid back and comfortable. I like to use flash cards, fun games, and rhyming teachniques. I think children have to like their teacher to do well. Many of my former students have kept in contact with me over the years.. being invited to their graduations, weddings and other parties. Having the chance to attend one of the largest universities in the world has truly allowed me to experience opportunties to influence young minds. The difference in my experiences and those of others is that the experiences I come across require much more dedication and devotion simply because it is not related to my field of study. I believe that all children should receive the extra help that they need. Often time in the classroom, a teacher does not have the time to give the support of the needs of each student in the classroom. Teachers and tutors should try their best to make sure they focus on individual needs of the students so that they can help them succeed.
As a recent college graduate, I feel that I have received the formal training necessary to become a teacher. I have obtained a BS in Early Childhood Education.
