I have worked with youth for almost 10 years, working in schools, summer camps, and most recently as an director of (3) afterschool programs. I earned a BS in Aeronautics and have completed some graduate work in aerodynamics and meteorology. I believe all students have the ability to succeed. In my experience, the most important thing to remember is that all students learn differently, and sometimes what seems like an impossible task just needs to be presented differently for better understanding.
