I believe that students do not learn the same way. My teaching style incorporates all learning styles. When teaching a lesson I believe in using secondary reading sources, technology, video clip and other creative outlets. I believe that you must motivate the student to learn not thrust curriculum at them hoping it will sink in. I have five years of experience working with troubled youth and students with disabilities.

Throughout the two years I was involved, I regularly helped 6 students, along with 6 students that I met with irregularly.
