I have tutored all levels of math through real analysis ad differential equations ad all levels of undergraduate physics. I love what I do and have a great gift for explanation. Tutoring requires, beyond a thorough understanding of the subject matter, an ability to empathize with the student and take the fear out of something new and possibly very difficult for them. I graduated from the UConn with a B.S. in physics and a minor in mathematics. Because I have used calculus and linear algebra on a daily basis as a means of solving problems I have developed a fundamental understanding of mathematics; an understanding that only someone who has used thse mathematical tools extensively can achieve. I have been tutoring for the past four years. I began tutoring at UConn my junior year and was quickly the most popular physics and calculus tutor on my shift.
