I am a firm believer of a very structured classroom. I want my students to have a place where they can feel safe. I let the students know what I expect of them and how the classroom will be run. My students understand that there will be consequences for inappropriate behavior. I allow the students to be themselves and I strongly encourage creativity. I enjoy tutoring students and seeing them succeed. When they do well, it makes me feel like I have succeeded too. I believe teaching is very rewarding and it is important to take time and be cooperative with students in order to help them.
I recently graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors in Science. My major was public health and I minored in biology and psychology.
