I am a Master's recipient and a prospective medical student

I have recently completed my course of studies in Medical and Biological Sciences and was awarded my Master's Degree from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi on December 19, 2014. I hope to begin Medical School in the fall and am currently awaiting word of my application status at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and in Shreveport. I finished graduate school with a 3.9 GPA, was salutatorian of my high school class, and have an extensive history of academic accomplishment in both the classroom and in academic competition. I possess a wide array of knowledge and achievements that encompass scientific, social, and interdisciplinary subject matter. A Little Bit About Me...

I have earned two degrees: a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Biology. I have taken a wide range of courses in biology and have a great deal of knowledge about them all. One of my courses required me to teach in a lab. Through this I was able to gain valuable teaching experience and interact with students as well.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge of biology with others. I am patient and laid back with students, but I also know when to push them to work harder to achieve their goals. Each child requires a different level of motivation and after a few sessions I will be able to assess each students individual needs.
