I believe that students can reach their potential if they are given the tools that they need. My job is to be the toolbox for them. I believe that a child should be given a vast amount of positive reinforcement and always be spoken to and taught with respect. Studying techniques are very important and I introduce those techniques to the student. I really guide the student step-by-step through his/her struggles and to build their confidence.
