I show an example of the process completely through and then break down the process into parts, showing each part in slow motion and then once the pieces are grasped by the student, blend them back into one smooth motion. My first job out of college was to educate children and adults in high need areas about food science and nutrition. I then worked at a few different food science jobs while taking classes part time toward a masters in education and volunteering to tutor adults. In 2005 I took a position as a Science/Math teacher in a remote Eskimo village in the Alaskan bush until 2010.
