I was called upon to write many types of papers throughout the course of my education, including research papers and essays. During the last 6 years, I have tutored students in English, Psychology and I have also taught Music. I enjoy working with individuals to meet their educational goals. I feel all children can learn, it may jsut be a matter of finding the right style of learning. I am patient and easy going, using humor to help aide the educational process. I graduated from Indiana-Purdue University with an A.S. Degree in Business Administration. I have worked as a case manager with a social services agency which involved teaching basic reading, math, and social skills. I have worked with people of varied ethnic backgrounds and socio-economic classes. I attempt varied styles to find the appropriate style to use with a specific individual. I am "user friendly" and make the student feel comfortable and at ease. I combine verbal and graphic assistance to help the student gain a good basis for the information needing to be learned.
