Spanish is one of my top subjects! I am fluent in Spanish and feel that I would be a wonderful teacher for anyone looking to learn the language. I studied Spanish for over a decade, and also lived in Salamanca, Spain for a year. It was this year where I mastered the language and grew to learn about its rich culture.

Ever since 2005 I have been focused on learning new languages and traveling. It all began in 2005 when I left as a Rotary Exchange Student to live with a host family in Italy. I did not speak a word of Italian but by the time I came home a year later I was fluent. Then I decided to get my Bachelors degree in Italy in Language Mediation and Cultures, I majored in Spanish and Russian, and all of my classes and coursework was in Italian. I am currently a substitute teacher and work everyday in one of four school districts in the Rochester area. I enjoy helping and tutoring kids. I teach ESL to adults on Monday and Wednesday nights and that is very similar to tutoring. I believe tutoring is very rewarding as a teacher and for the student.
