Teaching is a dream job since you get to directly see the results of your work. You can watch your students improve in front of your eyes and this is a result of your motivational skills. The students do the work but you are the one who reaches their inner core to pull out their ability to achieve. For each student you must find what motivates them and press those buttons. My role is to get students to believe in themselves and then to guide them through the process of education. Positive reinforcement is the key to their success.
