Prior to that I earned a BS in Computer Science which included a mathematics minor and courses in physics and chemistry. I tutored throughout my time in the Peace Corps, my undergraduate studies and my high school years.

As a volunteer, I have enjoyed teaching children with learning disabilities. I believe I can make a difference as a tutor. For example, one day I overheard my son's Kindergarten teacher say she would have to hold back one of the students from entering first grade because the child could not count to ten or say the alphabet.
