In 20 years of teaching experience I have tutored students of all ages, different socio-economic backgrounds and intellectual abilities, as well as in a wide variety of subjects. I have tutored in four public school systems, in private practice with with adults who needed help to prepare for tests and for adults who either wanted to study for their own enrichment or to advance in the corporate world.

I have worked as a student assistant for Dr. Peter F. Biehl (Department of Anthropology, Chair). In this position I have presented lectures and helped others with their projects. I have worked with INSA translating services in which I translated regents exams from russian to english and vice versa. I have also worked as a GRE tutor in math and english.
I have presented lectures and am comfortable in front of others and take a very professional approach to the material. I love to work with children of any age. I have been volunteering for over 15 years helping wherever and whenever I can to help make the lives of children more enriched. I have two boys of my own (age 10 and 14) and have been successful in helping them achieve the best they can. I have been teaching kids as a substitute for many years and went back to school in my middle 30's to become a teacher.
