I try to model my own love of learning to my mentee.

I’ve been exploring possible future careers for myself. Recently as I was tutoring one of my classmates with an English assignment, she mentioned to me that I am very easy-going when it comes to helping her learn and understand the assignments. I am very great when it comes to teaching. I show the way the child learns. If the child learns by playing a sport I show them while using sports as examples. One example is when it comes to basketball and math I draw a court for them and have them draw teams and once that is done. I have the child plan a way to make the basket. Once he or she does I have them let me know what was your plan? Once they do I let them know you can use a triangle formation , cubic formation or adding numbers in order to make the basket. The triangle you can use it making one on the side putting numbers and trying to figure it out if the corner you chose will help you win the game.
