A Little Bit About Me...

I have tutored many kids in different fields including math, science, and English. I am a recent neuroscience graduate at Michigan State University and have quite a broad background in science so I would be able to help in many of the fields that I have listed for that as I have taken some advanced courses in that field. I am a college graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Elementary Education, a major in science and minor in English. I have obtained 22 credits of my masters degree in Teacher Leadership for School Improvement and am 1 course away from my Reading Endorsement. I am also ESOL certified. I am a certified teacher and experienced tutor. I worked as a elementary teacher in Romania for about 13 years. I used to work differentiate and with a combination of classes. From the training I received, I learned methodics, how to teach math, science, physical education, arts, and develop other skills. I am patient and know child psychology. Don't want to substitute parents who have a great role in child development, I want to become the help and the friend of the kid, the friend who brings an alternative and new ideas in developing and performance.

Elementary and Special Needs Tutor. Teaching to the Child.

I have been a certified special education teacher for 10 years. I have had the fortune to teach in various environments in a handful of different states. I have taught elementary students for a majority of my career, but have also managed to squeeze in high school and middle students for three years. The flexibility of my certification has allowed me to teach students with varying needs in the classroom and to teach Core Curriculum state standards, an alternative curriculum, and functional skills.
