I have higher education in civil engineering in Brazil, I am technician in occupational safety and the environment I work in the Fire Department for 15 years. I taught at technical school before my degree in Engineering. Currently also working in the area of prevention projects and firefighting. I have earned two master degrees, MS in Sanitary Engineering and MEng in Civil Engineering, which has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and science. In addition, I have learned extensive grammatical and communication skills due to writing research papers and laboratory reports and doing a lot of presentation. During the last eleven years I have tutored students in various level of math from primary school to college level. I am presently an adjunct math professor at Monroe college in the Bronx.
